Senior Accountant

Working knowledge of tax laws;
Fluent in English (C1/C2);
ACCA qualified or part qualified;
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills;
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience;
Attention to detail and precise accuracy.

Familiarity with accounting systems such as Bright pay, Quickbooks etc.

Create monthly financial reports, including cash-flow, budgeting, and forecasting;
Conduct monthly review of all management accounts;
Oversee daily financial activities of management and payroll team members;
Prepare end-of-year reports and statements and business tax compliance;
Meet with managers during new project creation to prepare budgets, assess project finances, and improve existing financial processes;
Prepare and present budget proposals for new and existing clients with client specifications and existing budget
Liaise with existing clients to answer queries and give accounting advice;
Prepare stakeholder reports and liaises with stakeholders on accounting matters;
Perform budget audits;
Advise managers and surveyors on purchasing and all other financial decisions;
Provide any necessary outsourced accounting advice to clients, including preparing accounting packages for small-businesses and managing investments.

Salary and Benefits:
Offer letter will be sent to a specific candidate stating salary and benefits on completion of all hiring stages after the final interview with the Director/Owner.

Trial shift ( 3 hours, unpaid) at the premises with direct communication with any of the above. In a rare event when more trials are needed to determine your level of professionalism - further trials will be paid at the rate of £10 per hour.
Decision is made and your offer prepared.
Once the offer is accepted, a contract in your name is prepared and issued.
Contract is signed via electronic signature and you are all set to start.
