Night Kitchen Porter
We are currently recruiting for the role of Night Kitchen Porter to join our growing company, helping us to expand our business and build on our reputation for excellence.

Cleaning and sterilising countertops, kitchen walls, stoves, ovens, grills and sinks
Cleaning the entire kitchen once it is closed to ensure it is ready for the next day
Maintaining the food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment like cookers, pots and food mixers
Stepping in as other kitchen staff, when needed

Beginner level of English
Ability to work 5 days a week

00.00-02.00 kitchen deep clean
02.00-02.40 Toilet deep clean (all inc. staff)
02.40-03.10 bar deep clean
03.20-04.00 coffee break
04.00-06.00 restaurant deep clean
06.00-07.00 table setup
Salary and Benefits:
Starting salary of £12 p/h.
Generous Restaurant Group discount.
Snacks will be provided throughout shift
Payroll is on the monthly basis – last Friday of the month.

Recruiting – short call with recruiter to discuss the vacancy, check permission to work in the UK, check the level of spoken English.
HR interview – on-line video chat about your previous employment, your qualifications, your plans and ambitions, character evaluation.
Operations Director/Owner/Line manager/Head Chef video call for 10-20 min talk about the company values and discuss how you could fit in.
Trial shift (3 hours, unpaid) at the premises with direct communication with any of the above. In a rare event when more trials are needed to determine your level of professionalism - further trials will be paid at the rate of £10 per hour.
Decision is made and your offer prepared.
Once the offer is accepted, a contract in your name is prepared and issued.
Contract is signed via electronic signature and you are all set to start.
